About Us

Most people don't need another investment advisor. They need someone who can see how all the pieces of their financial life fit together—and who has the expertise to coordinate them.

That's why we exist.

How We Work

How We Work

Financial planning works best when the person handling your investments also understands your tax situation, knows what's in your estate plan, and can speak directly with your attorney when needed. Most firms don't operate this way. They focus on one area and hope you're coordinating the rest on your own.

We handle retirement planning, investment management, tax preparation, and estate coordination under one roof. More importantly, we work as advocates—connecting with the other professionals in your life to make sure every decision supports your broader goals. When your CPA, attorney, and financial advisor are actually talking to each other, you are empowered to make better financial decisions.

Reagan Curl, CPRC®, CMFC®, AIF

CEO/President, Financial Consultant

I've been helping people plan for retirement since 1994, and what still motivates me after three decades is seeing clients actually enjoy the retirement they worked so hard to build. There's something deeply satisfying about being part of someone's financial success, helping them understand how their money can work for them, not just the other way around. It's humbling work, and I don't take that responsibility lightly.

I grew up in Huntsville, Alabama, where I went to school with the sons and daughters of rocket scientists. It was a community built on big ideas and smart people solving complex problems. The schools were strong, the people were genuine, and somewhere in that environment, I developed a fascination with how money works, grows, compounds, and creates opportunities. More than that, I learned the value of helping people think through complicated decisions and plan for what matters most to them.

Today, I live in Johns Creek, Georgia, with my wife, Kelley. We've been married nearly 25 years and have two incredible kids. Our daughter Maggie is a senior at Ole Miss, majoring in history, and will graduate in May 2026. Our son Will is a sophomore at Johns Creek High School and recently took his first solo flight, a moment that reminded me how important it is to prepare people for the milestones ahead, whether that's a kid learning to fly or a couple preparing to retire.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me on the golf course or traveling with my family. I'm also that person who genuinely enjoys organizing things, which probably explains why I gravitated toward financial planning in the first place. There's something satisfying about bringing order to complexity, whether that's a well-structured financial plan or a well-organized closet.

Johns Creek has been a wonderful place to raise our family and build this business. It's a community where I can work with great people and give back in meaningful ways, which, at the end of the day, is what this work has always been about.

Robert “Bob” Ostapower

CPA, CFP®

I've spent the last 20 years helping people improve their financial situations, and what keeps me engaged is the problem-solving aspect of this work. Every client walks in with a different challenge, whether it's understanding their tax liability, figuring out how to structure their retirement income, or making sense of a financial decision that feels overwhelming. I enjoy digging into those issues and helping people see a clearer path forward.

What I've learned over two decades is that good financial planning starts with understanding someone's background and history. Where they came from, what they value, what they're trying to build: those details matter. The technical work is important, but it only becomes meaningful when it's connected to a real person's life and goals.

I'm originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, just outside Philadelphia. These days, I live in Alpharetta, Georgia, and one of the things I appreciate most about this area is the diversity of people who live here. They come from all over the country, bringing different experiences and perspectives. It makes for an interesting community and reminds me that there's rarely a one-size-fits-all answer in financial planning.

I've been married to my wife, Teresa, for 38 years. We have two great kids (a daughter and a son), and we love to travel and spend time at the beach. Tennis is another passion of ours, and we try to get out on the court as often as we can.

For the past 15 years, I've been involved with the Rotary Club of Johns Creek. The service aspect of Rotary resonates with me because it reflects the same principle that drew me to this profession: finding ways to help people and make a tangible difference in their lives. Whether that's through community service or helping a client solve a financial problem, the goal is the same. Leave things a little better than you found them.

Sheila Hall

Office Manager

I've been in this industry for 11 years, and what I love most about this work is the interaction with our clients. We support people through the good times and the challenging times in their lives on a very personal level. My genuine interest in every detail of their lives keeps this job engaging. Our clients' interests and passions are so diverse, and I enjoy learning what makes each person unique.

My role includes account administration, office management, day-to-day office duties, and client engagement. It's a position that requires attention to detail and the ability to connect with people, which suits me well.

I grew up on a farm in north Georgia, and that upbringing shaped a lot of who I am today. There's something about being raised with wide open spaces and hard work that stays with you. I currently live in Alpharetta, which feels like the right balance between the countryside I grew up in and the convenience of being close to everything we need.

My husband, Steve, and I have two adult daughters. We recently had a wonderful addition to our family: a son-in-law. Watching our daughters build their own lives has been one of the great joys of this stage of life.

Being raised on a farm, I love any activity outdoors. Lake days and hiking are at the top of my list. There's nothing better than spending time outside, whether that's on the water or on a trail. It's where I recharge.

Tiina Taylor

Administrative Assistant

I am the newest member of the NetWorth Financial Services (NWFS) team, having started in April 2025. Each day, I am surrounded by positive and supportive individuals, both within our office and among the clients we serve.

Before joining NWFS, I managed a children's clothing store and spent several years as a homemaker. My involvement in the community includes serving as a board member of the Alpharetta High School Band, holding multiple lead volunteer positions at my sons' schools, and volunteering in various other community roles.

Originally from Finland, I have lived in the United States since 1992. My Finnish heritage is very important to me, and I make annual visits to see my family there.

What stands out to me most about working here is the kindness and patience shown by everyone. Our clients have welcomed me warmly, and my teammates are consistently supportive. One of my favorite aspects of this job is speaking with clients and hearing their personal stories. I truly enjoy learning about all the wonderful things happening in their lives, while being able to help them succeed with their financial goals.

My husband, Michael, and I have two boys in college, both studying to become electrical engineers. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, traveling, knitting, crocheting, and caring for our dog. However, nothing brings me more joy than being a mom to my two boys.

What Drives Us

What Drives Us

We've been doing this since 2001, and we've learned that the best financial relationships start with listening. Our goal isn't to impress you with jargon or push products. It's to understand where you are, where you want to go, and what's keeping you up at night.

Honesty means telling you when something doesn't make sense for your situation—even if it's more profitable for us. Integrity means doing what we say we'll do. Empathy means recognizing that behind every financial decision is a person trying to take care of their family and build the life they want. And a willingness to learn means we stay current on tax law changes, investment strategies, and planning techniques so we can serve you better.
